Look for your documents in the mail !

I just got the news that our documents for the resort is in Alex's hand. She is busy sorting through and checking the paper work to see what matches up with her information that you all got to her, right? Hope you followed up with her request.

The plan is after she reviews and package them with your contact address, she will be sending them through the US Postal Service "MAIL"...that's the old fashion "snail mail" to most of you! So check your mail box...it will be coming soon.

SAVE THE DATE...Wednesday, March 9th!

As many of you start to get excited and begin to make plans for your week at the NOW Jade resort. We wanted to be sure that you save the latter afternoon of Wednesday, March 9th for us. We will be having our 20th Anniversary Renewal Ceremony at 5pm on the sands of the NOW Jade Resort so "Meet Us On The Beach".

We would also appreciate any effort if possible that you could come dressed in the colors of white/ivory, black, navy and/or shades of turquoise, sea green and/or tiffany blue (mixed prints are fine) we would love it as these are our colors for the day and it will make for a great photo op' for our group.

Our groom men will no doubt be dressed in shorts. So get comfortable and get ready to celebrate. A private cocktail reception will be following the ceremony with location to be announced.

Thanks for keeping this time open for us. We can't wait to have you there!

PASSPORT or Forgetta 'bout it!

So if you haven't gotten your passport...GET IT DONE! And if you do have one be sure you double check your expiration date. You should have at least a 6 month expiration date window . If not get it renewed. For specific contact and details check the US Passport website for your specific requirement.

Also, Alex usually likes a copy of your current passport which she keeps in her file. Just in case you run into some issues. Roger and I have one already with her and some of you might as well. If your passport information has changed be sure she has a current copy. You can email her directly if you have other specific questions.

This is an IMPORTANT must do! So don't delay!
